If this were a normal year, 9 Webster finalists and the Webster team would be heading to Whitehorse (courtesy of our Partner School Alkan Air) to enjoy some flying, some simulating, and numerous other activities for Webster Week. That’s what we would have done in a normal year, but this year has been anything but normal!
After COVID-19 forced the cancellation of Webster 2020 (for only the 3rd time since Webster’s inception 88 years ago!), the Webster team is working hard on plans for Webster 2021. The team is exploring ways to hold the competition despite COVID-related restrictions and despite the dire financial situation that so many of our faithful and valuable supporters currently face.
The Webster team is busy generating ideas that we think you’ll find novel and interesting to keep the spirit of Webster alive and to let us continue our annual search for Canada’s Top Amateur Pilot.
Stay tuned for further information as our plans progress!
